• Services Provided
• Devify offers digital services including software development, website design, programming, and coding.
• User Conduct
• Users are expected to adhere to the rules and guidelines outlined by Devify. Payment for services rendered is expected to be made promptly according to the agreed terms.
• Payment Terms
• All payments are processed and authorized through Stripe to ensure the safety of both customers and our business. Payment for services is divided into two parts: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion of the service, based on the agreed budget.
• Refunds
• Devify does not offer refunds for its services, as all services are custom-made. However, if a client is dissatisfied with the result, we will work to rectify the issue. Additional features or design changes outside the initial scope may incur extra costs.
• Intellectual Property
• All content and intellectual property provided by Devify, including but not limited to software, websites, designs, and code, remain the property of Devify unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Limitation of Liability
• Devify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
• Termination
• Either party may terminate the agreement for services provided by Devify with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments are due immediately.
• Governing Law
• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Changes to Terms
• Devify reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through a notice on our website.
